They say that golf is as much a mental exercise as it is a physical exercise; this can be seen by the strategizing of the mind control that is required. In this sport, body positioning plays a critical aspect in ones performance; this is because it determines the speed, impact and the direction of the ball. Achieving the utmost goal which is to hit and score can be challenging; moreover, with some back bending, shoulder positioning and stretching techniques one increase the chances of mastering the game.

Learning a few breathing techniques is also indispensable as it helps in sustain energy throughout the match and hence affect endurance. With proper breathing techniques, one learns how to control their energy in terms of how they hit the balls and basically just their overall performance. Therefore, one gets to have the control of their efficiency and endurance throughout the game.

Learning this sport can be frustrating at times, but this does not mean that one should give up just because they have missed a couple of shots; it is a progressive learning experience and therefore one should patient in mastering the craft. Apart from just acquiring the mental golf tips, one also needs to be committed to the sport in regards to practicing.
