The jukebox los angeles has been one of the most influential pieces of equipment in the world of music and has revolutionized the way people would play songs in the public. Of course this machine had to undergo a lot of transformation until it was able to reach its most modern state. Just to give people an idea, here is a short background on how this thing got started.

Now probably the biggest influence of the jukebox would have come from Sir Thomas Edison. As everyone knows, Edison created the phonograph which was known to play songs from a really big disk. This invention was the inspiration for the creation of a coin slot operated music making machine.

Now the phonograph was mass produced by manufacturers and a lot of salons or diners would buy this product in order to entertain guests. Now if a customer wanted to listen to a song on the phonograph then he would first have to pay a certain sum in order to use it. This is where the concept of slotting in coins to use a machine came in.

With this type of innovation, another inventor by the name of Louis Glass was able to come up with a machine that was actually based on the phonograph and the coin slot concept. He was in fact the one who created the very first jukebox. It was adapted in a lot of diners and served as an extra source of income for owners.

Of course this innovation lead to a bulk of mass production because of the rising popularity. Manufacturers of this machine actually also decided to innovate the machine more by putting some amplifiers in it in order to increase the sound. With these new amplifiers installed, it became possible for this little music box to even compete with a live music band.

The time where in these music machines really gained a lot of recognition was actually during the Great Depression. It was in this time that diners could not afford to hire bands anymore and had to settle for the next best thing which was this invention. Since it was cheaper to buy and quite inexpensive to maintain, businesses could keep their customers entertained.

The impact of this machine increased as this was the main reason why a lot of unrecognized artists got their music to be listened by the public. Since anyone could pop in a disk inside of the jukebox, then anyone could make their music be listened by people who use the music machine. If the DJ liked the songs inside the box, then some of them would try to get them out into the radio to make the singer famous.

So by taking a look at the history of the jukebox los angeles, one can actually see how big the influence of this machine is on the music industry of today. If this thing was not invented, then a lot of artists probably would not have become famous during the time of the Great Depression. Also, without these pioneering artists, then a lot of modern artists probably would not also exist because they would not have the influences that they need in order to make good music.
